Our Team:

Finetsa is founded by experienced professionals with over twenty five years of global experience in the IT industry, spanning diverse leadership roles in large client IT services delivery and Learning and Development. We bring Delivery, HR and L&D practitioner perspective into our offerings. We are passionate about passing on our learnings to students and professionals, enabling them to succeed in their career. All our programme are designed and executed by the founders



Govindraj Kozhipurath is a Delivery and Talent Management expert. He has worked for organizations like Tata Unisys, PlanetAsia, Oracle and Accenture. He has built and led large IT services delivery teams for large global clients across BFSI, Telecom and Healthcare domains. He has performed leadership roles in account and portfolio management.

Gocha has been a corporate mentoring advocate mentoring a large number of resources in leadership and career development. He has conducted leadership programs for Project Managers, campus connect programs and freshers induction programmes.


Ramachandran Subramanian is passionate about delivery, technology and people. He has worked for organizations like NIIT, ZenSar, Accenture and TechMahindra. He has set up and led large delivery centers for global clients for IT services across BFSI and Telecom domain. He has helped rollout delivery processes and run Pre-sales and Program Office teams.

Ramc has in-depth Learning and Development experience, designing and executing continuous training programmes for freshers and entry level Project Managers. He has also led campus engagement programs for corporate.


Ajit is a strong technology and people leader. He has build and led delivery units for global clients in the Travel and Logistics and Telecom domains. He has also led technology and operational excellence initiatives.

Ajit has run campus connect initiatives, Account and Program Management training and has set up and institutionalized mentoring initiatives.
